What is Acebutolol?

This medication belongs to the class of drug called beta blockers. Medications in this class block certain substances (like adrenaline and other stress hormones) from affecting your heart and raising your heart rate and blood pressure.

You may also be required to take this medication in separate doses. Try to take your medication at the same time each day to avoid missed doses.
This medication has only been approved for use in patients over the age of 18.
