I am out of refills, can you help?
If we have received a prescription from you in the past and it is out of refills, we would be happy to contact your doctor to request a refill on your behalf.
There are a few ways which you can do this:
- If you are using the Marley Drug RefillPro App all you have to do is click "Order Refills" and scan the barcode of your current prescription. We will then request a refill authorization from your healthcare provider and contact you when we receive the new prescription.
- If you are on our website you can use our online portal. First click to refill your prescription; next, select the medication for which you need a refill authorization for and give us permission to contact your healthcare provider on your behalf. Once that's done we will handle the rest and contact you when we have received the new prescription.
